Data Management

With an in-house Team of x15 Data processor’s & Developer’s our Bureau Department handle all aspects of data processing: UK & Overseas data sortation, forecasting & presentation, data cleansing, capture, profiling, validation, evaluating and segmenting to ISO: 27001 standards and work to & GDPR compliance. Our Developer’s create and maintain our bespoke systems and work hard to keep our network and server secure. CMS hold the Cyber Essentials & NHS Toolkit certifications.

Personalisation

We have invested in state-of-the-art printing technologies by: Domino, MCS, Astrojet, Kirk Ruddy, HP, Xerox & Konica Minolta for variable data printing. With x6 high speed inkjet machines with solvent ink configuration we can print onto virtually any substrate including polythene. We laser personalise to incredibly high standards using our in-house Xerox & Konica Minolta Print Centre.              

Envelope Enclosing

We provide high-speed & accurate automated envelope enclosing for mailings from C6 to C4 & everything in between; with a virtually limitless capacity. We have x5 high spec production envelope enclosing machines all with camera technology / selective insertion & the ability to operate 24/7.

Polywrapping

Central Mailing Services are still one of the major polywrap mailing producers in the UK with x4 high speed production polywrapping machines each with unique features. We are able to produce polywrapped mailings 24/7 with a virtually limitless capacity. We offer a spectrum of polythene options including biodegradable and potato starch film. We operate Sitma & Norpak machines.

Paper Wrapping

As an alternative to polywrapping we offer a unique paper wrapping service. We are one of a very few companies in the UK to offer in-house paper wrapping by utilising the latest technology from CMC we have a custom built machine which is incredibly versatile. Transactional Mail

Central Mailing Services are trusted by many clients to print and securely fulfil transactional mail including statements to invoices. We work to ISO 27001 & Cyber Essentials standards we are also certified to process mailings for the NHS with our NHS Toolkit compliance. All work is carried out at our 50,000 sq ft centrally located super-site.

Print

We have an impressive Print Centre in a temperature controlled purpose built environment producing high-quality digital print to ISO 9001 Quality standards, with the ability to print 24/7. We utilise our trusted print partners for all Litho print requirements for a one stop shop solution ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.  

Hand Fulfilment

With almost 30 years’ experience in hand fulfilment there’s nothing we have not fulfilled by hand! Fast, accurate and secure; our team will take the hassle out of hand enclosing & hand finishing regardless of the size or scale of the project. Every hand fulfilment campaign we work on is carried out in-house within a dedicated area to ISO 9001 Quality standards. 

Returns Managment

We offer fast and accurate return’s management services to help maintain an accurate database. We can populate returns onto a spreadsheet and output this at a frequency to suit you or we can manage client databases by removing return mail records & securely destroy returned mail packs.

Storage, Distribution and Pick and Pack

We can securely store over 3,000 pallets from our state of the art 50,000 sq ft super-site store. We have a 32-camera HD CCTV system, secure storage and access control. We manage client stock levels using our intelligent stock management system. 

Utilising specialist software and talented in-house Graphic Designer’s we can turn an idea into reality and really increase your ROI. Our Design services enable us to offer a true ‘one stop shop’ in-house service with streamlined communication via your dedicated Account Manager.
